Delta Valencia SL is a family business, with extensive experience in obtaining pieces of light metal alloys (Aluminum and Zinc) by hot and cold high pressure die casting injection machines.

Founded at the end of 1989 by José Antonio Llamazares Torre, it began its journey as a tooling workshop, to rapidly expand towards the manufacture of Aluminum and Zamak parts.

In 1999, it was necessary to relocate to the current facilities in Ribarroja del Turia (Valencia) in order to meet the high demand growth, undertaking various extensions over time due to the positive evolution of the company.

Currently, we are a customer-focused work team that offers integral solutions, covering all stages in development and production process, from the conceptual phase to the production phase.

At Delta Valencia SL we are specialized in short and medium series. This allows us a high productive adaptation and flexibility, backed up by an exhaustive quality and internal environment control guarantying standards demanded by our clients.

In our current 4,100 m2 facilities we distinguish four different and closely interrelated work areas, with the most advanced possible productive and technological means: Design - Technical Office - Tooling Workshop - Zamak Injection machines from 25 Tm to 160 Tm - Aluminum Injection machines from 200 Tm to 1450 Tm - Finishing - Machining - Shot Blasting - Vibrating - Painting - Etc; Quality and environment - UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001 certificates.
